I purchased 6 tip costs paid $60 for my clients to be returning a few days later due to the top coat peeling. I’ve never had this problem and even worse the company still hasn’t responded. Smh don’t spend your $ on items that are defective and a company that won’t do anything about it!!!
Hi Nikki, We understand your frustration and would love to clarify. Your order was placed on February 11th, 2024. You emailed us on March 10th, 2024, nearly a month after receiving our product. We e-mailed you shortly after informing you of our policy. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds as all sales are final and only accept exchanges within 48 hours of you receiving the order should it arrive damaged. We have tested our product several times nor have we have any other complaints from other users of similar complaints or that our product is faulty. We're very sorry that you're upset. We understand your frustration and hope you understand our frustration as your review does not tell the whole truth. We hope you understand where we are coming from. Unfortunately a whole month after an item has been sent out and used on several customers, we are unable to accept that as a return or exchange that for anything as it's already been tampered with.
I received the top coat at as part of the products of one of my nails classes, I loved it since the very first time I tried it. My clients have great reviews because stays shiny for 3-4 weeks. No peeling issues at all. I googled the company bc I’m planning to order more!!
It’s very thick compared to the last batch i had and full to the top but still a good shine.
Charge a few dollars more and ship via UPS not. USPS. It took TWO WEEKS to receive products!!!!!!
